Instructions
  • Clean and cut the shrimp, squid, and mussels into bite-sized pieces.
  • Finely chop garlic, red chili, green chili, and bell pepper.
  • Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
  • Add garlic, red chili, and green chili, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, squid, and mussels and stir-fry until cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the Nam Prik Pao, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the chopped bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
