Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 1 lb (500 g)

  • Rice Flour - 2.5 oz (½ cup)
  • Cornstarch - 2.5 oz (½ cup)
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - for frying
Instructions
  • Cut chicken into small pieces and make sure they are dry.
  • In a bowl, mix together garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Add chicken and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
  • Dip chicken pieces in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok. When hot, add chicken pieces and fry until golden and crispy.
  • Remove chicken from pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
