Ingredients:
  • Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless - 2.2 lbs (1 kg)

  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
  • Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
