Instructions
  • Rinse the pork and slice it into thin pieces. Set aside.
  • Turn off the heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
  • Rinse and trim the stink beans by removing the tips and ends.
  • Cut the stink beans into 1-inch pieces and set them aside.
  • Crush the garlic and chili peppers in a mortar and pestle.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
