Ingredients:
Papdi - 12 pieces
Yogurt - 8 ounces (1 cup)
Tamarind Chutney - 4 ounces (1/2 cup)
Mint-Coriander Chutney - 4 ounces (1/2 cup)
Sev - 2 ounces (1/2 cup)
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Sev - for garnish
Instructions
Take a serving plate and place the papdis on it.
Fill each papdi with a little bit of yogurt.
Add a spoonful of tamarind chutney on each papdi.
Add a spoonful of mint-coriander chutney on each papdi.
Sprinkle cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt on top of the chutneys.
Pour the remaining yogurt on top of the spices.
Sprinkle sev on top of each papdi.
Garnish with coriander leaves and a little bit more of the chutneys.
Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious mix of flavors and textures of the papdi chaat!
